He's called 天宇龙, and he's from China! In English all the dinosaurs have "saurus" on the end, but in China they all have "龙" on the end because they are "龙." 恐龙！
Anyway, this guy lived in China, had feathers and was a herbivore, and he was tiny. You could pick him up like a chicken.
I don't really like this picture that the scientists made, so I'll make a new one and put that up.
