I learned about this important new book in the in-flight magazine on the way to visit Sam and Jeff. It has all kinds of tips that are sure to make you the kind of boss that everyone wants to strangle, personally, the old fashioned way. My favorite tip is #5, which I'm going to go out on a limb and say that I doubt will "discourage negativity":
